Levels & Objectives
Elementary:
The acquisition of a basic grammatical structured knowledge
to be able to communicate in the practical situations
of daily life. Introduction to Spanish customs.
Intermediate 1:
Emphasis on grammar, with special reference to the past
tenses. Introduction to the subjunctive. Conversation.
Introduction to Spanish culture.
Intermediate 2:
A command of grammar. The subjunctive. Various aspects
of Spanish culture and civilization. Emphasis on conversation.
Advanced 1:
A better knowledge of grammar. Fluency in conversation,
and a deeper knowledge of Latin American culture. Written
expression and creation of texts.
Advanced 2:
Specially difficult aspects of grammar. Specific vocabularies.
Fluency in conversation on specific topics concerning
Spanish culture and civilization.
Higher:
Specialized level of grammar. Study of Spanish literature,
art, sociology and the history of Spain and Latin America.
On the first day of the course,
students take a written and oral classification test
before being assigned their particular level, group
and timetable.
We normally have Spanish Courses at
all levels but it could happen that there is only
one student at a particular level. In this case we
will provide a reduced number of individual lessons.
On the first day of the course students
will be given:
A classification test.
An introduction by our co-ordinators.
An envelope with information about the language school,
accommodation, activities...
There is a charge of 14 Euros for course material
(per level). |
